Reviews: worst equipment finance company in the country!!! If you would like to get ripped off than call Citadel...they will give it to you any which way they can. I heard that they had another company prior o Citadel but they had such a bad reputation for ripping people off that they had to create an alias company name to start the fraud scheme all over!!

Reviews: I paid off my vehicle loan in June of 2005. As Im trying to trade it in Ive discovered that the lein was never released. Over the last to weeks Ive made several calls and I was repeatedly told that the one and only person that could help me was busy and that she would call me back. My calls were never returned. I just called the office Monday afternoon and today she is sick and no one else in the entire branch can fix the mistake. The manager did not listen to me or try to provide a solution. Instead he repeatedly interupted me and talked over me to tell me several times there was nothing he could or would do to help me and that I am baisicly at the mercy of 1 person in the giant corporation known as Wells Fargo Bank. UNACCEPTABLE!!! If this is Stage Coach banking Id rather have a spanking. Ive had better service at a truck stop in the middle of nowhere at 3:00 in the morning.
