Reviews: This is one bank that I avoid at all costs. The people there are rude and ask personal questions that are not needed for banking. When doing some banking for my work the teller commented on the balance and make the comment of man u guys must be dealing something. What kind of bank is this??? There is one girl there with purple streaks that is pleasant....all other tellers STAY AWAY!!!

Reviews: I have been a customer at Citi Bank on Alum Rock Ave. for many years I have ALWAYS been treated with respect employees have always been courteous & cheerful. On a few occasions I have had 3 or more customers in line ahead of me usually no more than 2. The line is usually a little longer the first part of the month. My husband always comments on how quickly I am in & out of the bank. I will continue being a customer at Citi Bank hopefully for years to come.

Reviews: I went In a to cash a check for a fairly large amount drawn on an account at this bank. Not only did I have to wait almost an hour but they charged me $6.00. Also they had me call the person who supposedly wrote the check. They dont even know if the person they talked to was the right person. Fortunatly it was. When she wasnt sure of the amount they basicly told her how much and if she wrote it. Good thing I wasn t a thief who had stolen the check. They had no idea who they were talking to. Guess what. Bank of the West will be her new bank. To bad wamu had to be taken over by a bunch of idiots

Reviews: Hope Phan is the loan officer here she did not fully explain the loan policy program that she signed us up for. We are now stuck in a high adjustable rate mortgage with a 1 year prepayment penalty. No terms were explained no payment plan was disclosed just the minimum payment. She promised she could lower our monthly payment. We now have a hugh interest only payment that we cannot pay. We went from a lower rate at Countrywide to a higher interest only payment to avoid negative armortization. Please be careful coming here make sure you know all the facts before signing anything from her.
