Reviews: Despicable business practices. They say one thing on the phone and also in person to completely mislead you and then the written mortgage is completely different. I was charged four points and a six month prepayment fee even though I asked and was told I was getting a no point no fee with no prepayment penalty. As a long time customer of Wells Fargo Bank I thought I was dealing with a reputable company that was part of Wells Fargo. To my dismay I found out this branch was anything but honest. And all this done to someone who was still recovering from cancer treatments. Shame Shame Shame. I thought it was strange they wanted a quick signing while I was away on vacation where I did not have my information. Of course I did not check the paperwork on a four day holiday! Stay away from this company its not really a part of Wells Fargo Bank. And complaints to higher ups in Wells Fargo Mortgage is a waste of time!
