Reviews: Customer orientation is absolutely lacking! There is no semblance of courtesy - it's almost like they're doing us a favor by talking to us. Lines take forever to move, and I had to literally explain to them how I was overcharged. Not a good experience.

Reviews: I went to this bank because my Refi was going to be fast its been 2 months and nothing has happend yet. and the loan guy Michael he never calls to let you know whats going on. The worst thing is that he is the only guy in the bank that does loans. I don't even recomend my worst enemies to go to that bank. He has a specialty of lossing the papers that are sign already, than he still has the nerve to tell you that he lost it and needs you to bring the papers again.

WHAT ABOUT THOSE CAMERAS STARING YOU IN THE FACE AS YOU DO A TRANSACTION BY ATM. YOU WOULD THINK THAT A BANK WOULD OFFER TO HELP SOLVE THE SITUATION. WASHINGTON MUTUAL OFFERED NO HELP.

Reviews: I called requesting a personal loan. Gave them all of my information. American General told me that they would have an answer for me either that same day or the next morning. As of 3:30pm the following day, I still had not received an answer. I had to keep calling. At one point they told me that they can't talk to me because they were eating lunch. Either way, I called them back and told them that I was not interested in using them as a lender.
