Reviews: I am getting a loan from bank of america on my house. We were scheduled to close today sep 3 2010 at 4 oclock pm. We got a phone call yesterday at 330 [Walk thru was scheduled for 400] from our loan guy Jack Felts informing us he forgot to finish our paper work and we would be delayed on closing for a week. And then today sep 3 we were notified by jack that he had papers for us to sign. When he faxed them to us we had already done these papers 2 times. I was so mad that he is just lossing papers with all my husband and is information on it. And the icing on the cake is we no longer have a place to live for a week due to HIM delaying the closing. Needless to say I wouldnt recomend bank of america to my worst enemy!

Reviews: After 15 years at Arvest Bank Tulsa I have closed all my accounts. After opening a business account 3 years ago I have had nothing but problem after problem with this bank. Every time I would make a deposit I was asked if I wanted to convert savings to a money market account. I finally (after many no I donts) asked that it be stated on the banks computer not to ask me about money market account! One day while checking my online account I noticed I had my savings account converted to money market account without my permission. No authorization no signiture nothing! Banks response: We will have it corrected tomorrow to where it originally was no explaination no were sorry. A year or two ago I had problems with my online account logging off after only a few minutes of logging in. The bank said it was my computers fault even after explaining that I have tried three different computers with different ip addresses. I was told by a very rude and unprofessional bank lady that I had to deal with it or get my computer fixed. (It seems to have mysteriously repaired itself the next day) Well I found out the money market situation did not go away. I was not being paid interest on my savings for the last two years. It was because my savings account was never reopened but was still active?? I was told that since it was my fault for not catching their mistake that they will only pay me back interest for six months but will do me a favor and pay back interest for a year. I closed all my accounts. 1 personal cnecking 1 business checking 2 savings a merchant account and closed my vendor stastus where I was set up to offer bank loans to my customers. They didnt blink an eye about me closing my accounts. I have never experienced such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE as I have with this bank. Take a chance maybe youll like it. For me I now bank at American Heritage bank. Their savings interest rate is 1.50 compared to .25 at Arvest. Check them out. Here I feel valued as a customer.

Reviews: I have banked at Arvest Bank Tulsa since 1996 with few problems. Its when I opened a business account three years ago that I have had nothing but problems. The bank converted my savings account to a money market account without my permission or authorization. The online banking logs itself out after a few minutes( 3 or 4 minutes) of logging in. I recently discovered that I was not credited the last two years for acured interest on my savings account. The bank said they will only credit the last 6 months because apparently it was my fault for not catching their mistake but would do me a favor and credit the last 12 months. I still cannot believe that they would loose 2 savings 1 personal checking 1 business checking 1 merchant account and set up for customer bank loans for my business customers for a few dollars of denied interest. You will be greeted with a smile as you walk in but not behind the schenes. All will be fine untill you have a problem. I have been treated rudely and without value as a customer. This bank is all about greed and not their customers. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. Try them you may be happy. For me I will bury my money before I will ever do business with Arvest again. I now bank at American Heritage bank and get 1.5% interest on my savings compared to .25% at Arvest. The customer service is wonderful.

Reviews: I am sick and tired of the arrorant atttutide of Bank of American since they brought out a Small Branch of your bank. I realy have had very poor service and customer support from Bank Of American since I have had an account with them. I have had many over chargres with this bank and with no anvil have not had a positive outcome. I think the main reason is that they have became too large and untouched with the middle class. I have received notice from The head office (Arizona) that they will no longer let me be a customer and they will no longer keep me as a client. They also told me that any other bank will not honor my account. I am going to go to my senater of my state and let him know what is going on with my paticualr accout.
