Reviews: i wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone. I used my debit card twice and it cleared a day before i used my atm card. I was short 4 dollars and they charged me an overdrafted my check and atm charged. when I asked them about it tey siad they send all atm transactions through before check even if they arent coming in on the same day. this is unethical

Reviews: Love this bank Im a business owner and the staff treats me like they value my business. Christy Abby and Maria are a great group their service is impeccable. Whenever Im in the branch they treat all customers so well they know everyone by name great to see from a business/bank. And if you call on the phone you talk to a person in their branch who knows you personally. No automated system unlike the majority of companies you deal with when its mortgage credit card bank related. Highly recommend Bank of The West especially the downtown branch great service even better people!!!

Reviews: This bank will steal from you through overdraft fees. Over the past 2 weeks they have tried to charge me over $252.00 in charges. Luckily we have gotten all but $36.00 back but Im still changing banks and I will encourage the company I work for to do the same.

Reviews: the worst banktellers are a mess they forget to send your deposits to proof and when the bank finds out instade of put it on the owners account they wait until the account is a mess and you go and ask than couple of day later they post it to your account they almost rob me 2000 and one night I drop a deposit and never showed in my account I lost 250 dollars

Reviews: Terrific service! My husband has been a member of this credit union since the 1970s. We have had numerous auto and signature loans with them and they have never let us down. I love going into the main bank in Delano the tellers and loan officers never fail to be friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to anyone.
