Reviews: terrible customer service . I was behind on payments and speaking with loan officer on the phone and had reached a mutually agreeable repayment schedule when the repo man arrived at the door . I had him speak to the ANB employee who told him to take possession of the vehicle anyway . When i got back on the phone i was told oh well and hung up on . I will never do business with this bank again and urge others not to !
