Reviews: Would give no stars, but rating wouldn't let me BEWARE!!! I have a lovely home and a lovely family and decided to refinance, my husband and I have good credit and this lender promised us a low interest rate. Now I will admit that my husband and I don't know much about refinancing but they promised us a good rate and low payments. When we signed the paperwork during closing and the notary left, I had a funny feeling- so I reviewed the paperwork and the kind of loan they got us was -NEGATIVE AMORTIZATION LOAN @ 8.9 % (they said that we were approved for 4.6 percent) never said anything about neg amortization. -instead of us owing $390,000 in 5 years, we would owe $480,000 - our payments in 5 years would be $5000.00 a month instead of $2100.00 now -they tacked on $500.00 a month private mortgage insurance -was very misleading during signing, actually hid the paper that disclosed all this info, I had to fish for it We ended up canceling the transaction (They were really rude as well) and went elsewhere and got a 6.9% fixed 30 year mortgage. This lender is a scam, if you go with them, you will foreclose in 4-5 years guaranteed! I was so mad I reported them to the BBB and other agencies, I have never been so angry, the people @ this lending agency have no heart and wouldn't care if you became homeless and landed on the street with your family and small children- bad evil people!!!
