Reviews: Our tax consultant is Carlos Arias he is friendly and well rounded in business. I recommend him to anyone who needs taxes done notary translator book keeping or most any other questions. Reviews: I hired Robert Barnett to do an appraisal on a refinance. He appraised the property under value 100K. I did some investigating and found that he had not used more accurate and higher valued comps in the area. Misteriously the borrower had recieved a call from a local bank and he said that they had gotten their home appraised at the proper value. There is no hard proof that he back doored the deal but he did under cut the value thus killing the loan.
