Reviews: Customer service is horrid...I deposited a check on Tues/after 6 pm i am at Wensday..10:40 pm and the check my Employment check has still not cleared i spoke with a rep at the Oakland Downtown Local and they said it would be cleared by that Wens. Eve i think their computres are being created to lag so as to have problems for the customers late fee;s ect i have had no problems up to now with them but as time goes on they seem to be hell bent on trying to get peoples money any way they can.I know it sounds a bit paranoid but as it is CorporateThey want to make money regardless on HOW!! Why has this taken soo long? As i assume i will speak with some one 2morrow and im sure they will say we have no control over the automated system!
