Reviews: Trussville Branch location is one of the worst bank ever bank in Birmingham, the employees who run the branch will treat you like garbage. Trussville branch runs by a couple of ladies that don't care about customers (forget the old saying "customer is always Wright" according to them customers are never Wright) you are a small peon to them and they will lie to their superior if you make a compliant about them. My advice to all if you have to do business with Bancorp south is to stay away from the Trussville branch location but if I am you I will stay away from the whole Bancorp south all together.
