Reviews: I am writing this review because i have had a really bad experience with Bank of America. I created my account and it took 3 phone calls and more than a month to get a debit card which was supposed to reach me in 5 business days. I then got a 0% APR credit card. I made the payments to be e-payments. I have several other credit cards like AMEX Chase etc and all of them make sure you get an email when the monthly statement is ready for viewing but Bank of America never sends you an email . i understand if they dont send an alert on the day before your payment due date if you dont sign up but i was surprised that an email is not sent when the monthly statement is available. I called the agent and explained to her about the problem and asked her to waive the late fee and she promptly refused. I told her i would cancel the credit card for bad service and she was like fine. I cancelled the credit card and plan to even move my bank accounts away from them.
