Reviews: I dont know if their branches are excellent or not. Yet I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and special payment posting policy. I got hit by them so badly. Ended up after using their credit card for a month and in order to stop them making more money out of me I have to stop using their card. I have excellent credit and paid them off every single statement. However I learned a painful lesson from doing balance transfer business with them. Dont let their small benefit blind you! They will get you back big time. Not worth to have any accounts with them. I am boycotting them. Check out all the online complaint websites to read how bad a company WAMU is.

Reviews: I will have to dis agree...I rather go to this chase on Alondra than the one on Bellflower. The people working on the bank in Alondra have always been really nice polite and helpfull. As for the Chase on Bellflower complete opposite...Rude and slow and NOT Helpfull at All. By the way the chase bank on Alondra...much quicker.

Reviews: It was the worst experience ever..... I went in there with my heart in my hands desperate I needed at least $50 bucks to buy my kid lunch I had just paid rent and was out of money didnt get my child support on time wich is darn sad- so i decide to step into this place with embarrasment and depression hoping for a hi how can I help you today? but no... the kid that was there was nice but he couldnt do my loan cuase he had a customer so gave it to another lady... oh my gawd she didnt want to do the loan I guess she was togood to be inthe fornt or so I was so upset i am here all my stuff in place and rightous with the intentions to pay back. She gave me this attitude like I was the worse person in town like I was a criminal oh my gawd I asked her for her name and it happens she is the damn manager-- instead of helping my situation she made it worse I was desperate and becuase its close to home I had no choice but she was very very rude and istead of realizing the situation that I founs myself in and not being nice AND she was basing the loan on my character rather then the documents. She was like WELL DO YOU WANT THE LOAN OR NOT? I am confused sad depressed and then she give me a hard time??? oh my gawd she needs to go to CUSTOMER SERVICE classes fora whole year for her to change her attitude problem my gawd after paying the loan I am never ever going back to that branch.......will look for another place where I can be treated with respect and not a criminal.
