Reviews: I paid off my vehicle loan in June of 2005. As I'm trying to trade it in I've discovered that the lein was never released. Over the last to weeks I've made several calls, and I was repeatedly told that the one and only person that could help me was busy, and that she would call me back. My calls were never returned. I just called the office Monday afternoon, and today she is sick, and no one else in the entire branch can fix the mistake. The manager did not listen to me or try to provide a solution. Instead he repeatedly interupted me and talked over me to tell me several times there was nothing he could, or would do to help me and that I am baisicly at the mercy of 1 person in the giant corporation known as Wells Fargo Bank. UNACCEPTABLE!!! If this is "Stage Coach" banking I'd rather have a spanking. I've had better service at a truck stop in the middle of nowhere at 3:00 in the morning.
