Reviews: This particular branch on Clawiter is beyond help when it comes to Customer Service. My family and I have been with Fremont Bank for over 10 years so I am quite shocked to experience such bad service. First of all I am still waiting for my loan to be processed as of 12/10/08! Our rep Chris V. still has not returned our phone calls from 12/13 12/16 12/23 and 12/29! I finally had to go into the Branch in Hayward yesterday only to have Chris V. question and upset why I came into the branch in person. She did not aplologize or give me a reason why she did not return my calls. In fact she left me outside in the waiting room for 15 minutes and had her receptionist tell me that she would contact me the next day to fill out another application! She still has not contacted me so I decided to deal with a more pleasant agent named Lete. Fremont Bank please train your employees to understand that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE in the mortgage business.

Reviews: In review of this Wells Fargo Financial Center Id like to say that theyre response to my loan request and speed in which they facilitated it was very fast. To my dimay though they added a Home Auto Service contract to my loan which I did not authorize. Now that theyve cut me my check and Ive signed all the paperwork; they have been negligent in removing this unauthorized addendum to my loan. Ive called many times and talked with the same people who facilitated my loan and have only come across ineptitude in regards to getting this removed. I would recommend them but I would also make sure that you make sure all your paperwork is in order before you sign anything so that they dont slip this into your loan also!

Reviews: Banked here for years. Service has been good. Like the people. Dont get a Washington Mutual home loan. The branch people are nice but cant help. I paid on time but they didnt and wouldnt credit the payments properly. They said I didnt understand how the loan worked. They say they have corrected the errors. The errors are all theirs. Will not be doing business with them in the future.
