Reviews: I am a mortgage broker and have done many loans. This company is by far THE WORST I have ever dealt with. They lure you in with rates, which are good, but it does you no good if you can't close the loan. My office has done 3 loans with them and each time the funding was delayed by almost a week while they asked for more stips: new paystubs, updated 1003s, bank statements, etc. UNREAL! Stay away...they make me sick.
