Reviews: Washington Mutual has recently changed their downloading process so anyone with Microsoft Money has a difficult time downloading. Their answer is to contact Microsoft when until Washington Mutual changed their system there was not problem downloading. This is a Washington Mutual problem not a Microsoft problem.

Reviews: Nice newer office. Tellers are way better then the others across town. Never any lines here. If you need help with anything be sure to see Bryan. He is so helpful and very knowledgeable. Plus he is very easy on the eyes too :) I love this Bank best in town by far. If I could I would rate a 10!

Reviews: Service means NOTHING if the rates are bad (and they are)...service chargers are also WAY too high and so are the account minimums (my old account had a $1500 min my new one is only $50 with a better interest rate)...TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!

Reviews: Horrible customer service. rude the vice president of this branch is never around. Hopefully it gets better when JP Morgan takes over and replace the Denise the VP of this branch. Obviously the moralle is bad but to take their frusteration out on customers is atrocious and appalling. their is no excuse for their behavior in our small community be nice or get out of our town.
