Reviews: I have been a client of Joe Gardella since 2006. Our relationship started by Joe reviewing an investment I was considering with a friend of mine this involved homes in Florida. Joe strongly advised me not to invest. I heeded his advice; Joe???s advice saved me from this financially catastrophic investment. He has directed me to several investment opportunities over the years - real estate and other investment ideas one idea has made me more than $40000 by not causing me to endure the devastation in the stock market. This is an investment using my 401K Joe helped me purchase real estate inside my 401K. I had over $100k in my 401K going into 2008. With Joes great vision he told me that he was pulling his money out of the stock market that we might have a ???1929 style melt down.??? He suggested I roll-over the 401K into a self-directed 401K??? and look to purchase real estate inside my IRA. I had never heard of such a thing let alone known anyone who has done it. He took me step by step through the entire process. I am in the technical field and as such am very detail oriented Joe???s skill and attention to detail was evident throughout this process. There were a number of steps in doing this - Joe handled each step with care and skill. To put it in a nut-shell I followed Joes advise took the money out of the stock market purchased inside my 401K the home Joe hand picked and I was very pleased at how easy the whole thing turned out. However the most pleasing part was looking back to January 2008 and thinking if Joe had not directed me to make that move my $100k would probably be around $60k or even less today. Thank you Joe for your excellent vision for the future and providing me investment options that I was not even aware existed. This kind of guidance will help my family and I now and for years to come. Your vision of the markets and expertise with money helps my family and I navigate some very trick financial times.
