Reviews: Had a check over $1000 held for 14 DAYS under standard checking proceedure. Really bad customer service at the local branch couldnt even deal with them so I had to call the hotline or whatever. Called them asked what was going on they said I could still spend as usually and they would remove ALL fees since the money was there it was just on hold. Stupid on my part; I used some of the money called them back about the fees and they said it was for overdraft only not returned fees. I dont trust anything they say and will be shutting my bank account.

Reviews: BEWAREl!! This bank as well as many big banks have one motive. PROFIT. Not that I disagree with a business making a profit but when you are told by a manager to be dishonest (trick people into saying yes) Someone could not speak english and was tricked into signing up for an account that she had no idea what was even explained. husband came and in broken english closed out the account. It happens like this all the time.
