Reviews: This is not a good company to do real estate business with. The Broker doesn't have any knowledge of anything real estate related and they're always trying to sell you instead of giving you correct answers'. When I asked him a question, that a friend/agent from LA told me to ask him, he gave me a wrong answer without thinking and then proceeded to try to sell me. I had a horrific time trying to deal with them. I then found a very good agent that my friend in LA referred me to. It takes a bad experience to know what a good agent and mortgage professional can really do for you. I will never, ever, ever use them or refer someone to them. If I could've given them less than 1 star, I would've. Because they don't deserve a full star, not even half.

Reviews: The company is a small office located in the business district of downtown Oakland, CA. While there is one loan processor to the Broker, and the agents , there is no administrative assistant, no marketing coordinator and no real organization. However, the loan processor is as polite and effective as she can be with the limited resources and support provided.

Reviews: I don't know if their branches are excellent or not. Yet, I am sick of their VISA card policies. Never apply their credit card nor do balance transfers with their offer. They will make money out of you with their hidden balance transfer charges and "special" payment posting policy. I got hit by them so badly. Ended up after using their credit card for a month, and in order to stop them "making" more money out of me, I have to stop using their card. I have excellent credit, and paid them off every single statement. However, I learned a painful lesson from doing balance transfer business with them. Don't let their small benefit blind you! They will get you back big time. Not worth to have any accounts with them. I am boycotting them. Check out all the online complaint websites to read how bad a company WAMU is.
