Reviews: The people are nice but they need to get trained ALL together it took me 3 attempts to change my last name to my married name. 3 different people told me i needed different verifications to do the change. My sister was told that her tax return was denied because my brother-in-laws name was included in return. She was told that they would call her to set up and appointment so she would not have to walk in againg but never got called. when she did walk-in AGAIN to ask what happened she was told that they dont call to make appointments and that they couldnt add my brother-in-law to the account with out him there. She even pointed out the gentlemen that told her he would call her but the lady helping her just told her the samething that they dont make appointments and she doesnt know why he told her that. She didnt even try to call the gentlemen over or apologize. I try to always use the ATM when i have to go to the bank.
