Reviews: Banking at First National of Olathe is unlike any other. I have banked with a lot of the Big Banks out there and if personal service means anything to you I would highly recommend checking this bank out. I have had my accounts here for over one year. The employees are very knowledgeable helpful courteous. I have even walked in and noticed the employees laughing! I never saw that at the Too Big to Fail banks. Reviews: I went to the Subaru dealership in Lawrence and could not get anything done. My husband decided (after I called it quits) to check with a different dealership. He took me up to the dealership in Olathe. I thought to myself that it couldn???t possibly work because if I was not knowingly turned away from one dealership then the outcome would be the same. We showed up to Olathe Subaru wanting to buy a Subaru Wrx STI. They didn???t have one and would have to order it. To make a long story short after deciding I wanted the car I changed my mind at the last minute. Forester XT???s are very nice as all Subaru???s are but this one in particular. David already had all the paper work finished and the checks waiting. I spotted a new 2010 Forester XT there that I liked too. I told them that I would rather have the Forester which I know put them in a major bind. David (the manager) and Brian (the floor salesman) were both very helpful and professional. They didn???t act like I put all their hard previous work to waste because I know how hard they worked to get a new STI Special Edition. I truly believe all they cared about is what I wanted and they were willing to do anything in their power to accomplish anything I asked of them. I loved the experience so much that when I went in for my second oil change I bought two more cars. I cannot tell you how much I like this dealership. They make me feel welcome and like we are family. Going there to buy a car doesn???t feel like buying a car but more like coming home. I have not one complaint this dealership is all good. I would travel across America to this dealership to buy another car if I needed one. Seriously! Thanks Olathe Subaru!

Reviews: Poor customer service that is if you can get past the automated system. I had an issue that could not be resolved on the phone so I went into my local branch. Basically they put a hold on a check I deposited that wouldnt clear for 2 weeks. I spoke with my client whom wrote the check and he said it already cleared his bank and the money was taken from his account. I spoke with the asst. manager and the manager (Angela D. Bobki and Karen Neathery of Clairborne branch in Olathe) Instead of telling me well take care of it or at least try to help they just backed each other up saying federal law says we can hold it up to 90 days they wouldnt check to verify what I said about the money clearing and to top it off Qefsere Sara Rugova was behind me listening and chuckling. I have been a customer for 15 years that little incident just lost them a customer and Im telling all of my friends not to bank with them.

They were rude when i asked how they were able to access my credit information.
