Reviews: I rented a property from this company. Every time I spoke to them they either dodged the issues or they were very rude. I was a great tenant, always paying on time and always polite, but I felt like I had done something wrong when I had to interact with them, based on the way they spoke to me. I gave them ample notice, almost two months and moved out a few days early, leaving the place in tip-top shape, paying for professional carpet and house cleaning. After 21 business days, they still have not cut me my deposit check! I spoke to the manager and politely told her of the attitude and issues I had with her employee, and she only made excuses for her behavior. She promised me that her employee would call me, however after 23 days, she has never made that follow up phone call. I have never been treated this way by a company I have rented from. I have always received my full deposit back and a glowing recommendation. I would never rent from these people ever again or recommend them to anyone, at any time, for any reason!
