Reviews: I am always weary going to a dealer but Im happy to say I had a great experience at Antelope Valley Mazda. My battery light came on in my Mazda 3 so I bought my car in to be checked. They tested it and my alternator needed replacing. Tina took care of everything with excellent customer service. She called about my warranty organized a car rental and kept me up to date on the status of the repair. I would highly recommend this Mazda Dealer for all your service needs.

Reviews: I would not buy any car from this dealership nor would I have one serviced at their service department. Not only are their sales people liars their service people are no different. On top of that their service advisors are rude and when they say theyll call you back they dont. The other issue is that when you take your vehicle in for a problem that you know is a problem they will do everything they can NOT TO FIX IT! They will tell you that their service people cant find the problem that you know is a problem and they will tell you to go away and come back when the problem happens again. The only problem is when you back multiple times they still will find any excuse not to fix the problem until your warranty runs out. This dealership is uncooperative and really does not care about the customer. It use to be a little better a couple of years ago but things have changed! No one wants to help you anymore. They just want to pass you off to someone else or have you go away without helping you. Spare yourself the aggravation. You will get a much better deal in Mojave or the San Fernando Valley and you will get treated much better! The choice is yours...but if you are smart you will go somewhere other than Antelope Valley Ford!
