Reviews: HORRIBLE! Do NOT use Nova Home Loans for any housing loans refinancing or modifications. When I purchased my new house in 2010 Novas closing costs were significantly higher than its competitors (around $5000 more) and they claimed they could not lock in my interest rate (even though I knew this could be done). I did my research and ended up going with a different lender (one with a better interest rate). Once I notified Nova of this change they became very bitter and very hard to work with. They were reluctant to give any of my information or the sellers information to the new financial institution. Furthermore Nova went ahead (without my consent) and proceeded with an appraisal of the home of which they billed me stating that I owed 400.00 dollars (this was after I notified them of the lender change). Overall very nice at the beginning stages but turned out awful in the end. I should have expected as much from a lender NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Reviews: Do NOT. I repeat DO NOT do any business with this company. They illegally signed a lease renewal on my condo WITHOUT the owners consent begged me to move out even though I had a signed contract and then proceeded to give me the run around for three months before deciding that I had to stay in this place or pay penalties to move. I have dealt with Jambo Maria and Nic at this company and all three of them were unprofessional and unpleasant. Also maintenance is very slow to respond.
