Reviews: I have been a long costumer and I had never made a complain, but this is not ok for anyone. On Octuber 19, 2006 I went to the bank to deposit my ckeck and to take some money out. I don't remember that amount the I took out but I only know that was around $160 and the lady who gave the money was Lydia the cashier. She gave one hundred bill and the rest were od $20 bills. I took the money and I did not spend the hundred dollar bill until three weeks later that I went to the store and a guy told me that the bill was fake and I did not believe because I took that bill out of the bank and "suppostly" the money that we get out of the bank is not fake are real bills. In this case it wan not like that. I wen to nother store and they also told me that same so I got worry and I got one hour early out of my job to go to the bank and ask for help. So I wen today November 16, 2006 and I Spoke to Maricris she is a nice lady and I explain her my sutuation and she told that the bill was fake and she went to talk to the "suppostly" assistant financail manager who name is Monica Dermaiori and she did no do nothing, she did not ask to Maricis to bring me with her to speak with me and explain her what was going on. So Maricis when back to were I was and told that her assistance manager will not do nothing about it because it has been almost a amount. So I told Maricis that I did not know that I was carring in my wallet a fake hundred dollar bill. So, I went to Monica Demaiori the suppostly assistance manager and she act like she did not know me. I ask a lady who was helping a customer to open an account, that I need to see the manager and she told me to sigh my name. The suppostly manager came to me ask told me that she can do nothing and that she can not change me the bill because it has been almost amount and that I was suppost to bring to them the next day, and they will change the bill, I told that I did not know and that it is not fear for me that the bank is giving fake money and at the time that the lady give the bill how do I know if the bill was fake and suppostly no one will be able to made fake the new hundred dollar bills. So the lady Monica who suppostly is there to help the customer, she told me that she can not help. Also, she told that during this time that I got the fake bill that I was the person who make this fake money, so she really ofend me when she told me this because what di she try to tell me that I am a delincuent. So I got really hungry and I scream at her and told her why she was there if she did not want to help. So I will cancel all my accounts and I will get a better bank and I will tell to customer to be really carefull at this bank that is locate by Hiltop because they are giving fake money to customers. I don not understand why they have cameras if they don even use it because if you really have cameras found there and see that I was getting the same bill that I have now. I can even go to jail because in the store they may think that I am making those fake bills. I dont recoment this bank to any one because the people that you hire are not doing their job because no one in this bank help the customer and all of you got the job because of us that we are the customer.
