Reviews: OMG. If you call this man you get your head handed to you. I called him about a personal family matter that is in Court and he yelled and cursed at me and made me feel like dirt. Then I call his office and they dont care. Maybe he is verbally abusive to them too. Abuse is never okay whether it is verbal or otherwise from a friend or a stranger. Put in a Complaint to the Bar Association. Not the first one he has either from what I understand for not being civil and professional. Stay away from this attorney. He is a disgrace to the legal profession

Reviews: Their phone customer service stinks and that makes a whole difference as to how much you can rely on them. If you never have a problem with online banking you may be fine but the day they delete your online ID by mistake (as it happened to me) and you are cut off from your assets and all the automatic payments you set up are disregarded and you start getting hit with penalties from those third parties do not expect Bank of America customer disservice to be there for you. And then youll regret (as I do) having been a loyal customer for over ten years because they do not value customer loyalty. They do not even publicise a number for their complaints department (if they still have one). That right there tells you how much they care about customer satisfaction.
