Reviews: Premium Movers moved us from northern California to southern California and they were fantastic. The owner was very responsive and personable throughout the entire process. He provided a quote over the phone and the rate was lower than some other national moving companies we had checked out. The day of the move the team was right on time and they got to work quickly. They moved a 3 bedroom house in 3 hours- we had boxed our stuff ahead of time. Everyone that came with the owner was extremely nice and was very accommodating to our requests. At our destination the same smooth process was repeated. We had zero complaints with our move. I would use them again and have recommended them to my friends. Thanks for making moving a stress-free situation!

Reviews: Their customer service there sucks. i dont know that if it is just the area or what but they are so ghetto.I went in there to talk to a suppose banker and she wrote down my account number wrong. So that delayed my problem that I had with them. Monica left me ONE message asking me to call her to give my account number to her again. So I had to take out the time to go over there to directly talk to her since she did not write down my account number correctly the first time I needed to make sure that she is on this. Come to find out that she was not there so I had to leave the account number to the customer service banker. Im assuming that shes gotten it and has taken care of what was on the account. I get not calls so I had to end up calling Monica and she tells me that it is too late for her to do anything since I NEVER called her back. I specifically told her that I went in since she wasnt very professional anyways and I was advised that she will make she MONICA gets it. Monica claims she never got anything I was FURIOUS. Her last word to me was that there was nothing that she can do.
