Reviews: I walked into their office after noticing that they posted interest rates outside of their office. After taking my application I asked if the rate posted was the rate that I would be receiving. He said yes. I called an asked if he had locked in my rate and he said yes. As it turned out he said he did not and under the sign it read "rates subject to change." He was giving me a rate .75% higher and he wanted to charge me $8,000 on a $200,000 loan. He should call it Losing Solution Mortgage instead.
