Reviews: I think that I have recieved the worst service possible through this bank. I was a victim who recieved a a fraudulent check as a scam. As a result the bank has closed my account. When I called their customer solutions i was charged $60.00 for someone to tell me that they dont know what is going on then told me that if my money was on a hold that I would recieve it in 15days. It is now 22days later and I still cant recieve my money. later I recieve a letter to tell me that they are now going to charge me $327.34 for recovery for forced closed account? on top of that I had been told that the money was on hold so that any out standing check and debit could be paid only to find that they were all returned as non sufficiant funds when there was more than enough money in my account to cover the checks and debits. Now on top of that they are trying to charge me for non sufficiant funds charges. I really honestly believe that the are trying to nickle and dime me so that they do not return any of my money to me. I am a hard worker who is working two jobs to help support my family and it feels as if they are stealing from me and my family. I am writing this as a warning for unsuspecting people who may be thinking of using Bank of America. Just beware of what can happen to you!
