Reviews: I recently bought a house and Alexa was my realtor. Her communication and service was very poor. Every time I called her it always went to her voice mail. I left voice messages for her and sometime never got a call back. Same thing when I emailed her. I had to stuck with her because the house I brought was a short sale and there no time to change to another realtor. She promised that we wont have to pay the closing cost but we ended up paying most of it. When I was signing some documents she prepared I found many mistakes on them. Even the loan amount and initial deposit were in the wrong place. Lucky my wife knows these thing and caught all her mistakes or else it would have screw us up. On the day I was signing the closing paper work she didnt even care enough to show up. Alexa was my realtor but she always concern about the benefit of the seller instead of me the buyer. She tried to make us pay $5000 to the seller for the shed in the back of the house which is consider part of the house. When the seller moved out they took the range with them and Alexa didnt help us to get it back but instead told us that its not part of the house. I told her to speed up the process so I can get the stimulus credit. The whole sales from beginning to end took 6 months and I ended up not able to get the stimulus credit for buying a house. I would strongly NOT recommend anyone to hire Alexa as your realtor.

Reviews: This is the worst Bank I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with Today I closed my accounts and will no bank with my local Credit Union. The Credit Union has better rates and nicer staff. Let Bank of America know how you feel about them using your deposits to invest in sub-prime mortgages and they using tax payers money wreaklessly.
