Reviews: I was refeered to Allstar Mortgage about 5 years ago. Mostly because the company I was working with was not giving me any options on the refinance of my home. After contacting Allstar Mortgage and dealing with them I found out that there are a lot more to just filling up an application. I discussed several loan options and decided on out present loan. I have since then purchase another property and had Allstar Mortgage provide the financing. I have referred them to several of my friends and have heard nothing but good things from thme. Keep up the good honest work Allstar mortgage.

Reviews: I paid off my vehicle loan in June of 2005. As Im trying to trade it in Ive discovered that the lein was never released. Over the last to weeks Ive made several calls and I was repeatedly told that the one and only person that could help me was busy and that she would call me back. My calls were never returned. I just called the office Monday afternoon and today she is sick and no one else in the entire branch can fix the mistake. The manager did not listen to me or try to provide a solution. Instead he repeatedly interupted me and talked over me to tell me several times there was nothing he could or would do to help me and that I am baisicly at the mercy of 1 person in the giant corporation known as Wells Fargo Bank. UNACCEPTABLE!!! If this is Stage Coach banking Id rather have a spanking. Ive had better service at a truck stop in the middle of nowhere at 3:00 in the morning.
