Reviews: I opened an account with Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union last week. I also applied for a credit card. I have heard nothing from them so today I called. This is has to be the worst Credit Union I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They have the most incompetent customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. They tell me a Supervisor will call me. I wont hold my breath! Anyone else have a bad experience with them? Post your bad experiences so others will not waste time with them.
