Reviews: Purchased a car from them. They have a good selection of used vehicles. Because the price was acceptable and the car was in excellent condition I did not really negotiate. The trouble started when I discovered that they sent my loan to a bank other than I requested. That bank of course will not give me rate discounts that my CU would give me. They say it is an honest mistake. I personally do no believe in this kind of mistakes. Now the only option is to refinance. I already went through some hassle wondering why the loan does not arrive to my CU. Looks like there will be more. In my case the car was used. Buying and refinancing a new car results in entirely different kinds of rates. So beware.

Reviews: I received horrible customer service from Adrian Diaz (Chase Home Lending Officer). He was very rude and in a hurry to not assist me with my questions regarding documents I received from Chases Home Mortgage Dept. Instead of receiving support or attempting to locate the answers he was rude and quick to say that he was in a hurry to leave and no one in the branch could assist me. When in fact after complaining to his Branch Manager about his service she said that he should have easily directed me to their 2nd floor offices where there are Mortgage Specialist to answer my questions. It was clear that if I wasnt a new customer with a new mortgage request that I was not important and a waste of his time. I suggest that if you???re looking for a Home Loan with Chase that you do not give your business to this loan officer and find someone will not brush you away and tell you to call a ???generic??? 1-800 number.
