Reviews: They created problem rather that solve it. I believe this is their philosophy. Delay should be always expected. As well as not cooperate with lender disregard sellers instruction upset clients and agents. Their speciality is irresponsible. This is not about a single transaction that I had experience with them. Every time with different surprise and new issue. But in a way I need to thank them for the experience that taught me how to handle some good BS. My advise is find another FirstAM team at other office beside this one. All agents and customers beware unless you want to have fun with them.
