Reviews: My wife has an account at this branch and went in to cash a check from her company (a very large reputable one) and because they had a small overdraft against her they refused to give her any cash until the check cleared. leaving her no money to buy medicine for our child until Monday. They were going to keep charging $34 a day overdraft fees unless my wife gave them her check to clear. This is terrible customer service and a very disappointing way to treat a long standig customer over a $90 overdraft.

Reviews: AWFUL company. dont even bother to call or give them a try. these people ripe people off. they are dishonest with their fees and services provided. On our closing cost there are some fees that are questionable and they cant even explain why. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Sometimes it take them like a week to return your calls so unprofessional. My agent and escrow people all hated them and commented that they are the worst people they have worked with. If youre looking for a company to refinance your home or any other related-services please please save yourself and dont pick them. They are horrible.
