Reviews: Horrible business. They do not keep up with their rentals once renters move in they do NOT pick up the rental signs and they are impossible to contact. If you have a choice-use a different property rental company for both your rental and management needs.

Reviews: Its hard to believe they are a bank and want to manage your money! Theyre customer service is awful. They take hours to call you back when they dont know the answer to your question. AND they never know the answer to your question. The main 800 number for the headquarters will tell you they are capable of doing things which the branch says they cant do. They have lost paperwork/bank statements sent from the main office. Tellers are not knowledgeable and the Management doesnt care. I have tried other branches thinking this was an isolated problem but found the others were worse. And so you know Ive never even written a review before but I feel that everyone should know that Bank of the West has gone too far to the west and have developed into the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

Reviews: i went to the wilson bank and was waiting in line for 20 minutes..this friday..so i got fustrated and went to the charter bank..and i swear the line was allmost to the door..and i only waited 5 minutes..they were fast polite and they had all there tellers..not like the other bank..only 3 tellers.. i still think this is the best bank in stockton..every time i go in there the manager always okays the checks. which make the process faster...thanks Brig..to the best manager in stockton. you got the best tellers..and you should tell your supervisors i said that;-)
