Reviews: When Chase took over WaMu I decided to stay with the new bank. This may prove to be a VERY bad decision on my part. I recently went into this branch to open a checking account I signed in and took a seat to await my turn. Two women signed in after I did they obviously knew each other from their conversation and also knew one of the Bankers. The Banker came out DID NOT LOOK at the sign in sheet told the two who came in after I did to go into her office. I noticed they were of the same ethnicity perhaps this makes a difference at this branch!. One of the tellers escorted her customer over and signed her in to see a Banker she LOOKED at the sign-in sheet and asked if was I next and said I thought I was until I was skipped over. She was clearly apalled and went to speak to someone to insure I was taken care of next. I was waited on by a genial young man who admitted that he was new but would assist me to the best of his ability. WELL clearly something is amiss as this morning when I tried to access my NEW ACCOUNT the on-line service does not reconize me as a customer thinking this was a glitch I tried accessing my account on the phone guess what? YEP they dont reconize any of my passwords sign-ins etc.. So instead of being able to use the account (which I opened with CASH) I now have spend part of my weekend at this branch trying to find out WHERE THE HECK MY MONEY IS!! Suffice to say I AM NOT I REPEAT NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
