Reviews: My experiance after opening an account with US Bank has been HELL to say the least! Never received my ATM card and was sent on a wild goose chase for weeks and was treated rude inside the branch. Got charged $25 to finally replace the card I never received then didnt even get the card design I had picked out! WTF!! Customer service has a long hold.

Reviews: Purchased a truck that was to go into my girlfriends and my name. They only placed the vehicle in my name that could not be corrected without refinancing. My girlfriend worked at a army depot that required the vehicle in her name that cause major issues. We explained this before the purchase and I dont think they cared about anything but the purchase.
