Reviews: If there was an option for zerio I would pick it for this bank.. (terrible customer service) The understanding of a check clearing taking more then 3 business days is beyond rediculous especially if the amount is less than $3000. I posted a check less then this amount and was advised that it would take 7 business days to post (not sure why when I have been a member of other banks that took this long when I posted a check for $10000) OMG there service STINKS in a big way... Im ready to cry cant believe how a bank could be able to do this (especially when its a work check it would be different if it was a personal check).
