Reviews: I have been in this particular branch on several occasions and have found the service provided by the personnel to be 2nd to none. My satisfaction has made me see fit to recommend several of my other family members to Bank of America and I will continue to encourage others to join as well. Sandy King my banker at the downtown location is so professional and very kind considerate and very knowledgeable. Reviews: This bank is full of the greediest and nastiest people you would ever meet. They smile and take the money from the customer and then put it in their pocket. The board controls the entire company and votes senior management bonuses and stock options at the drop of a hat. The worst of all is how they treat employees. Unless you brown nose every day you are in trouble. John Dicus hold grudges and keeps a list of friends and enemies. You can never be sure what list you are on unless you kiss butt every day. This is a horrible and greedy place.
